Announcement for The 21st Korea-Japan Joint Symposium of Human Factors and Ergonomics
Call for Abstract
The 21st International Symposium on Ergonomics Society of Korea and Japan Ergonomics Society joint conference will be held at College of Science and Technology (Surugadai Campus in Tokyo), Nihon University from 15th and 16th June 2019. ESK and JES welcome your contributions from academia, government, and industry presenting novel research results in human factors and ergonomics. Not only from ESK or JES but the members from other ACED or IEA federated societies are also welcome.
Deadlines
15th March 2019
Submission of presentation proposal (Abstract: 200-300 words in English)
20th April 2019
Submission of the camera-ready papers (A4 x 2 or 4 pages in English)
The camera-ready papers shall be sent by Email (only MS-Word or PDF files will be accepted via Email).

Proceedings Format
All papers and presentation materials should be written in English

Presentation
Language: English
Presentation time is 15 minutes including discussion for each presentation. Conference room will be equipped with only LCD projector (with RGB or HDMI cable)
Publication
Your camera-ready manuscript would be included in the proceedings of JES60, which is indexed and published electronically in J-STAGE (https://www.jstage.jst.go.jp/).
Conference Fee
If you are belonging to ESK or to other ACED / IEA federated societies (other than JES), the fees are free. If you are belonging to JES, the fees follow JES60.
Banquet
Conference banquet will be held on 15th June. In case you want to join the conference banquet, please contact Prof. Toriizuka. Banquet fees are as follows;
JPY4, 000 (JPY3, 000 for student)
* If you are belonging to JES, the banquet fees follow JES60.
