The JES Program for Certification of Professional Ergonomists certifies ergonomics/human factors practitioners as Certified Professional Ergonomists, whose ergonomics knowledge, techniques, and problem-solving abilities satisfy a predefined set of criteria, thereby maintaining and enhancing the quality of ergonomics practices, and also disseminating the ergonomics discipline.
